Studio Hire

Looking for a welcoming, flexible space in Great Barr? Gem’s Dance & Performing Arts Academy has two studios available to hire for a range of activities and events. The upstairs studio accommodates around 50 people and has a licensed bar; the lower studio accommodates around 25.


Both studios have toilets and changing facilities, and free parking is available. Kitchen access can be arranged on request.


Our studios are suitable for:

  • Children’s parties and celebrations
  • Small trainings and networking meeting
  • Dance, fitness and movement classes
  • Rehearsals and audition preparation
  • Workshops and small-group sessions
  • Community activities and meetings
